What preparatory work should be done before entering a modular cleanroom?
Date:2023/5/15 | Views:693
A modular cleanroom is a clean space module. In order to ensure cleanliness, personnel must make a series of preparations before entering. What is the process like? This article will provide a detailed introduction.

Firstly, it is absolutely not allowed to bring personal belongings into the modular clean room, as it is not only easy to bring pollutants into the clean room, but also easy to lose. The locker room in the modular clean room is equipped with a storage cabinet, and each compartment of the storage cabinet can be individually locked to prevent personal belongings from being lost.

When entering the clean room, it is necessary to wear clean clothes. Clean clothes are usually hung in the clean wardrobe, and there is a full body mirror next to the clean wardrobe. After removing the clean clothes from the wardrobe, you can tidy them up in front of the full body mirror to ensure that they are neatly worn. In order to prevent dust from entering the clean room, the shoes worn by personnel also need to be replaced. The modular clean room is equipped with an S-shaped shoe changing stool, which can temporarily place the replaced shoes in the grooves of the stool and wait until the shoes are replaced before placing them in the shoe cabinet.

After changing shoes and clothing, the next step is to wash your hands and dry them. The hand washing and drying machine in the modular cleaning room does not need to be touched, and placing the hand on it will automatically provide water for hand washing to avoid cross contamination. It is equipped with an efficient filter underneath, and the filtered airflow dries the hands, which can prevent operators from bringing pollution into the room.

A buffer room needs to be set up between the clean and non clean areas of the modular cleaning room. Generally, this buffer room will be equipped with an air shower room, and personnel can enter the clean area after blowing and showering their dust. The air shower room equipped with a modular cleaning room is also equipped with an intelligent control system, which allows personnel to enter the automatic blowing room. If they need to pause and leave midway, the dual photoelectric sensing of the air shower room can also sensitively recognize and automatically stop blowing. The two doors of the air shower room cannot be opened simultaneously to prevent external unfiltered air from entering the clean room and causing pollution.

The above is the complete process before entering the modular cleanroom. In order to maintain a relatively balanced cleanliness level in the cleanroom, these steps are indispensable and must be strictly followed in order to officially enter the cleanroom and start work.
